主要工作原理/作用机理：
通过注射振动技术将反应体系分割成2万个以上的微液滴，每个微液滴均可独立完成PCR扩增反应。经过PCR扩增循环后，有靶标核酸分子的微液滴会产生荧光，没有靶标核酸分子的微液滴不产生荧光，通过检测每个液滴的荧光信号，根据泊松分布原理计算出整个反应体系内的目标基因片段拷贝数，因此数字PCR检测无需依赖标准曲线即可实现绝对定量。
